Order changes
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if the package hasn't been shipped yet. Write to us immediately at info{'@'}greenfox.ee. If the package is already on its way, you can use the 14-day return policy.
Can I change the delivery address?
If your order status is "Processing", write to us immediately. If the package has already been handed to the courier, you'll need to contact the courier company directly (DPD/Omniva).
Can I change the device/color after ordering?
If the order hasn't been shipped yet, we can make changes. Write to info{'@'}greenfox.ee immediately and specify which model/color you'd like. If the desired variant is out of stock, we'll offer alternatives.
Can I add accessories to my order?
Unfortunately, items cannot be added to an existing order. But good news: shipping is free from 300€, so simply place a new order for the accessories!
Order tracking
How can I track my order?
We'll send you a tracking code by email as soon as the package is handed to the courier (DPD/Omniva/Itella). By clicking the tracking link, you can see the package location in real time.
Why haven't I received a tracking code yet?
The tracking code usually activates in the evening after 5:00 PM when the courier has picked up the packages. If you haven't received a code within 24 hours of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us.
What should I do if my package is delayed?
Delivery times are estimates (1-3 days). First check the package location via the tracking code. If the status hasn't changed in 3 days or the package hasn't arrived in 4 days, contact us at info{'@'}greenfox.ee – we'll investigate with the courier company.
Delivery issues
Package was damaged during shipping
Important: Take photos of the packaging and product immediately and send them to info{'@'}greenfox.ee. We'll arrange a replacement or refund right away. Don't throw away the packaging until we've resolved the case – the courier company may require it.
Something is missing from my package
First check the invoice to see what should have been in the package. If something is missing, take a photo of the opened package and send it along with your order number to info{'@'}greenfox.ee. We'll send the missing item as soon as possible.
I received the wrong product
We apologize! Write to info{'@'}greenfox.ee immediately and attach photos of the received product. We'll arrange shipment of the correct product and return of the wrong one at our expense.
