1. General provisions and seller info
The owner of the online store greenfox.ee is Greenfox OÜ (registry code: 14441032), located at A. H. Tammsaare tee 47, 11316 Tallinn, Estonia.
The sales contract is considered concluded from the moment the online store has sent the buyer an order confirmation by e-mail and the payment has been received. These terms apply to all purchases made from the Greenfox online store.
2. Product and price information
All prices in the online store are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are added according to the selected delivery method.
For used goods, the VAT Act § 41 margin scheme may be applied, in which case VAT is not shown separately on the invoice.
For business clients
For some products, the margin scheme for used goods (VAT Act § 41) is applied, which means VAT cannot be shown separately on the invoice and therefore cannot be deducted as input VAT. If we have a device on consignment sale, we cannot indicate VAT separately on the invoice.
3. Device condition and special terms
These are used devices that may have cosmetic signs of use that do not affect the functionality of the device.
By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have reviewed the device grading guides and understand the meaning of different condition grades (A+, A, B, C).
Special terms: foldable screens and hinges
Devices with foldable screens (e.g. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold / Flip, Huawei Mate X, Motorola Razr, etc.) belong to a special category.
- • The moving mechanisms (hinges, folding mechanisms, etc.) of these devices have a <strong>3-month warranty</strong>.
- • Natural wear of mechanisms is not covered by the extended warranty.
- • For other components (e.g. motherboard, battery, camera, etc.), the standard warranty applies according to the device condition grade (<strong>6–12 months</strong>).
4. Battery warranty
The battery is a consumable part and its warranty for all devices is 3 months. If you notice during the warranty period that the battery does not charge, drains unusually fast, or the device shuts down unexpectedly, please let us know as soon as possible – the sooner you report the problem, the better we can help and replace the device if necessary. After the 3-month period, battery changes are considered natural wear.
What does the battery warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects (e.g. battery does not charge, unexpected shutdown). The warranty does not cover natural wear or capacity reduction due to usage habits.
5. Ordering and payment options
The order is considered placed after payment is received. Order confirmation is sent by e-mail.

6. Delivery
We pack orders within 1-3 business days. Shipping costs are paid by the buyer according to the selected delivery method.

7. 14-day right of return
The 14-day right of withdrawal applies only to private consumers. Legal entities (companies) do not have the right of withdrawal.
The consumer has the right to return goods within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason. The goods must be in the same condition as they were sent to the buyer.
For business clients
Although legal entities do not have a statutory right of withdrawal, Greenfox always accommodates if the received device does not match the described condition grade. Our goal is to ensure that every customer receives a device that meets our quality standards. If the device arrives and instead of A-grade it's more like B, feel free to let us know — we'll find a solution together.
Cannot be returned:
- Devices locked with iCloud/Google account
- Devices with removed security stickers
- Purchases by legal entities (companies)
- Physically damaged devices
Return process:

- 3 Money is refunded within 14 days after receiving the goods
8. Warranty and complaints
The complaint period is 6 to 12 months (depending on the product). Please report any defect within 2 months of discovery.
The online store will repair or replace the defective product within a reasonable time. If repair/replacement is not possible, the purchase price will be refunded.

9. Dispute resolution
If the buyer has complaints regarding the online store, they must be sent to the e-mail address info@greenfox.ee.
If the buyer and the online store cannot find a solution, the buyer has the right to turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee.
