- UUS Grade New (Brand New) – completely new, unopened device in original packaging. Manufacturer-level warranty.
- A+ Grade A+ (like new) – perfect condition device without visible signs of use. Screen scratch-free, body flawless.
- A Grade A (excellent) – device with minimal signs of use. Microscopic scratches not visible during screen use.
- B Grade B (very good) – light cosmetic marks that do not interfere with daily use. Best price-quality ratio.
- C+ Grade C+ (good) – some visible signs of use, but the device is in good overall condition and fully functional.
- C Grade C (fair) – clear signs of use on screen or body. The device is technically fully functional and inspected.

Yes, all refurbished phones purchased from Greenfox come with up to 12 months warranty. The warranty covers all manufacturing defects and hardware failures.
How is the condition of a refurbished phone assessed?
Every phone undergoes a thorough 16-point inspection, during which the screen, battery, camera, speakers, microphones, buttons and all sensors are tested. The condition grade (A, B or C) is assigned based on appearance.
Can I return a refurbished phone?
Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy on all products. If the phone does not meet your expectations, you can return it and get a refund.
How fast will my order arrive?
