All Greenfox devices come with at least a 12-month warranty. If something goes wrong, we'll fix it, replace the device, or refund your money in full.
Up to 12 months warranty
The warranty covers technical defects and manufacturing faults (e.g., screen stops working, camera malfunctions, motherboard failures).
Repair or Replacement
If we cannot repair the device within a reasonable time, we'll replace it with an equivalent or better model.
Simple process
The warranty is based on the purchase invoice. Zero paperwork – just your order number is enough.
Important to know (Special Conditions)
Battery warranty: 3 months
The battery is a consumable part and its warranty for all devices is 3 months. If you notice during this period that the battery drains unusually fast or no longer holds a charge, please let us know as soon as possible – the sooner you report the issue, the better we can help and replace the device if needed. After the 3-month period, battery changes are considered normal wear.
Special conditions: foldable screens and hinges
All used devices with moving parts (hinges, foldable screens, flaps), such as: Samsung Galaxy Z Fold & Flip, Huawei Mate X & Pocket, Motorola Razr, OPPO Find N & Flip, Honor Magic V, Xiaomi Mix Fold, Vivo X Fold, Tecno Phantom V, Google Pixel Fold – fall into a special category and have a 3-month warranty for moving mechanisms (hinges, etc.). Natural wear of these mechanisms is not covered by a longer warranty. If the problem is related to another component (e.g., motherboard, battery, camera, etc.) that is not caused by natural wear, the standard warranty applies: depending on the device's cosmetic grade, 6 to 12 months.
Software and compatibility
The warranty covers hardware. Software issues (apps not working, iOS/Android updates) are not covered by the warranty, as they are managed by the manufacturer (Apple/Google).
When does the warranty not apply?
The warranty applies when the device has been used responsibly. The warranty does not extend to the following cases:
Moisture damage
The device has suffered liquid damage (e.g., liquid inside the device, oxidation).
Unauthorized opening or repair
The device has been opened, modified, or repaired without Greenfox OÜ authorization.
Improper use
The malfunction was caused by the owner's incorrect or careless use of the device.
Labels or numbers altered
The device's serial or model number has been removed, altered, or is illegible.
Software limitations
Software that the manufacturer no longer supports is not covered by the warranty. We cannot provide assistance in situations where applications do not launch or work with limited functionality on older devices (e.g., iPad 1, 2013 model, iPhone 5s, etc.).
The buyer is responsible for being aware of the device's age, characteristics, and potential software limitations before purchase, and for ensuring that the device is suitable for their intended use.
Buyer obligations
To maintain the warranty validity, please follow these conditions:
Use the device according to its purpose and intended conditions.
Not damage, break, or allow third parties to damage the device.
Prevent device misuse and physical damage (including crushing, drops, and foreign objects, liquids, and excessive dust entering the device).
Protect devices from harmful external factors (e.g., voltage fluctuations, moisture, lightning, etc.).
Deliver the product to the agreed address within the warranty period when a defect occurs.
How to file a warranty claim?
Write to us at info@greenfox.ee and describe the issue.
Deliver the device to us (parcel locker or office).
Our technicians will inspect the device within 1-3 business days.
We'll repair the device, in 99% of cases we replace it with an identical or equivalent device (especially if the issue occurred within the first 3 months), or refund the full amount.
