14 days from receiving the goods. If the order has not arrived yet, you can withdraw at any time before receipt.
Do I have to give a reason?
No. Giving a reason is entirely optional and does not affect the return in any way.
When do I get my money back?
We refund the payment within 14 days of your request, to the original payment method. We may wait until the goods have reached us or you have provided proof of shipping them.
Who pays for the return shipping?
If you return at your own wish, you pay the shipping. For a defective or wrong product, we cover the shipping.
Does the product have to be unopened?
No — you may inspect the product as you would in a store. If the product's value has diminished from use, we may deduct that amount from the refund.
What if the order has not arrived yet?
Withdrawal cancels the order — we refund the payment and nothing needs to be returned.
